Chairman and President
Joseph accepted Jesus as his Savior in Hollywood while working to break in as a screenwriter in 1991. The Lord led Joseph to lay down his Hollywood efforts and leave Hollywood behind.
Joseph joined Oracle Corporation where he helped manage one of the largest consulting projects in their history. Joseph became a Vice President in charge of Emerging Markets, helping Oracle define and develop new markets in such areas as Homeland Security and Healthcare. During this time, Joseph served mega-churches as a Bible teacher and evangelist for 17 years.
In 2006, the Lord called Joe back to Hollywood to help create mainstream Christian films that would be “in Hollywood, but not of Hollywood.” Joe has since started In Jesus’ Name Productions, where he serves as its President.
Joseph has been married to his wife, Rebekah, for 31 years. They have 3 children and live in Northern Virginia outside DC.
Bud Moeller is a retired management consulting partner, having spent 25 years leading strategic, organizational, and change management engagements for large, global companies seeking growth and high performance. He spent 20 years at the firm Booz Allen Hamilton and five years at Accenture, working with clients in the United States, Europe, and Asia. He has been recognized in many “Who’s Who” publications, including “Who’s Who in the World” and the “International Directory of Distinguished Leadership.”
He now volunteers his time to non-profit organizations, helping them with issues of strategic direction, organization alignment, and mobilization of resources. His recent client work has included the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington D.C. and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He holds positions on several non-profit boards (including the National Board of Youth for Christ/USA, one of the External Advisory Boards at Georgia Tech, and the Advisory Board of Enough Is Enough — (a ministry focused on stopping Internet pornography and child predators).
Bud is involved in several areas at McLean Bible Church, one of the 25 largest churches in the country. He helped design the Fully Devoted Follower strategy, architecting the Community Campus organization strategy, and mentoring a few of the MBC pastors. His personal ministry involvement includes a leadership role in the Financial Counseling team, teaching McLean University 501 (the Crown Financial class), and co-leading the Powershift2024 racing and sports car ministry.
Bud received his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He and his wife Carol split their time between Melbourne, FL and McLean, VA and have two adult children who also live in Virginia.
Diane Shook
Secretary
Diane Shook accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and Lord as a young child, and both her professional and personal life has been shaped and guided by a desire to serve the Lord in discipleship and outreach ministries.
Professionally, Diane has managed various sales and business operations for Oracle Corporation’s Consulting Practices, in the commercial and public sectors, as well as in health care. Currently, as a vice president in the Global Acquisition Group, Diane works to establish the sales and consulting go-to-market and integration strategy for Oracle’s mergers and acquisitions.
At Oracle, Diane has also taken the opportunity to serve God and others by starting work-place Christian ministries, including working jointly with Joseph Bardwell to establish the Oasis Christian Fellowship and Bible Study, as a discipleship and evangelistic outreach to Oracle and other high-tech companies in the Reston, VA area.
In her personal life, Diane has continued to seek ways to expand her discipleship ministries and reach others for Christ. A graduate of the University of Maryland law school, Diane is an attorney in Montgomery County, MD, and volunteers her time at pro bono legal clinics in the area. She is also a trained Christian conciliator, and serves God by training pastors and lay leaders in Africa in biblical reconciliation as an extension to their outreach ministries.
Diane lives with her husband, in the Washington, DC area and has two grown children.
Patrick Arnone is an accomplished executive with 40 years of experience in all facets of the high technology industry. He is currently a partner with Leadership Group Executive Search. Patrick is a senior executive with diverse management experience in companies ranging from start-ups and emerging growth organizations to large, established technology companies.
During Patrick’s career, he led and managed sales, marketing, consulting services, technical support, product development, finance, and operational divisions within different high technology companies, managing up to 375 employees. As a vice president, Patrick established and led a highly successful Oracle Corporation Division, where, over a four-year period, the division grew from 12 to 350 employees and from $2 million to $90 million in revenue. As the general manager and vice president, he developed the strategy and led the execution for the turnaround of the Sybase Public Sector Group, taking the business from $18 million to $85 million in three years.
Patrick has a reputation as a highly motivated and energetic leader with exceptional strategic planning and organizational skills, business knowledge, and P&L; expertise. During a one-year sabbatical in 1993, he volunteered his time and services to the Morino Institute. At this non-profit entity, he assisted the founder, Mario Morino, in the discovery and definition of the organization in order to understand how electronic communications could serve those in middle to low-income families from an educational, community, and social services standpoint.
He is a native of Washington, D.C. and lives with his wife, Terry, in Northern Virginia. Both Patrick and Terry are active in their church and involved in several ministries. Patrick co-leads the Oracle weekly Bible study, is involved with Workforce Ministries in the D.C. area and is active at his church in Living Faith Ministries International. He co-leads Every Man’s Challenge (achieving sexual purity), and is part of the leadership team for the men’s ministry and is a member of the Ministry Training Center Alumni Group.
Tom Mayhew
Tom Mayhew has been a Christian since July 1972, when he received Christ after hearing the Gospel message from a next-door neighbor. Tom became very active in a local church youth group and music ministry. After serving in the Army for three years, Tom graduated from a small Bible college in California, with a Bachelor’s degree in Theology. He was a member of the college Chorale for four years, traveling to more than 400 churches and to the Far East. He was able to see many young people accept Christ and surrender their lives to full-time ministry.
Tom subsequently earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He was active in numerous college ministries and music groups at that time. Following his graduation from business school, Tom went to work in the information technology industry.
Tom is currently a senior technology industry executive and has led several global Internet business initiatives in the past several years. He served as an elected chairperson for an 80-company industry consortium and as a board member for a major industry association.
Tom is a member of the Reserve component of the United States armed forces military and recently returned from a deployment to Iraq, where he supported aviation combat operations. He is currently the commanding officer of a military Reserve unit and continues to support/aviation activities in Iraq.
Tom and his wife are involved in numerous community and ministry organizations, and regularly support global missionary efforts using the power of information technology.
